Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AVIDLA Pro AV Training Institute, we strive to offer high-quality training and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require cancellation or refund requests. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully.
1. Course Cancellation by AVIDLA
AVIDLA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or training session due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of such a cancellation, you will receive a full refund of the course fees paid or the option to reschedule the course.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a course, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to a future course date (subject to availability).
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Any service fees charged by third-party payment processors may be deducted from the refund amount.
4. No Refund for No-Shows
No refunds will be issued if a participant fails to attend a course without providing prior notice as outlined above.
5. Membership Refunds
Membership fees (annual or half-yearly) are non-refundable once payment has been made.
